Can you be more specific to what is the problem?

First place the maps in the map folder of your CC3 installation directory.

The Plugin should be placed in the plugin folder of your Configmanager for CC3. (This is a program to install/uninstall mods)
There is a spesific CC3 version in the downloadsection of this site.

Then run configmanager and install the mod. (instructions in Configmanager DL)

Run CC3 exe as normal to play the mod.
