On the Radzymin discord channel there are regular posts of a very brutal and challenging H2H GC now being played, check out the casualties of that GC.

There are 2 basic skills you need for modding:

-Know how to use excel or libreoffice calc on a basic level (data)
-Know Photoshop or Gimp on a basic level if you want do edit graphics

A list of which tool you need to edit what CC file is also a big help.

The rest you learn on the fly, you are bound to run into things that are not written down.
Try to figure it out yourself at first, retrace your steps to find the problem and if you still haven't found it ask for help in the forums or discord.

With those basic skills, little bit of dedication and some spare time, anybody can make a mod.

Hi Schmal_Turm,

Great you like the Pitf maps.

All 88's have a crew of 6, maybe you had a few casualties on that 88 flak gun in a previous battle, LSA doesnt automaticaly refill (unless the BG is "resting")?

Thank you for creating all those maps over the years.
We started the Radzymin mod together (initialy for PiTF) and i ended up using all of those 36 beautifull PiTF maps in the LSA Radzymin44 mod.
Those maps are your best work IMHO, really splendid work on those.

Unfortunately when your previous PC crashed you've lost everything maps, textures, the lot, but if you've re-discovered some maps or textures since then on a backup CD, HDD, USB stick or whatever don't hesitate to contact us.

I wish you all the best in you private life and all your future endeavours.

V3.01 Installer in CCseries download section has been updated with correct jadow.btd file, but if you installed V3.01 before 30/11/20, you will need to read following text:

There's an error in the jadow.btd file causing the game to display an error when the jadow map is played.
Please replace the jadow.btd file in your radzyminV3.01 maps folder (typically C:\Matrix Games\Close Combat Last Stand Arnhem\Radzymin44v3.01\MAPS) by the file in attach.
Ongoing campaigns can continue.

V3.0 installs as a seperate mod, V2.01 will remain installed.
Weird you've lost all of your ongoing campaigns, they arent even deleted when you uninstall the mod.

Normally ongoing games are stored in your documents folder on your C drive, for Radzymin V2.01 this should be:
C:\Users\*INSTALLNAME*\Documents\My Games\CloseCombatLastStandArnhem\Mods\Radzymin44v2.01\Games\Save

Radzymin V3.01 mod for LSA is released.

Installer available in the CCseries LSA downloads section

New in V3.01
-Added intro, campaign and day to day videos (huge thanks to Kanov for his professional work on these)
-Added new Soviet voices for guard units (thanks to Kanov)
-Added new effects file (thanks to Kanov)
-All units and BG's reworked based on more historical research
-60% maps have been replaced by PiTF maps
-Defined victory conditions based on Pete's Rhineland files, see spreadsheet in the "EXTRAS" folder of your Radzymin44V3.01 install
-Elements file adjusted for less cover
-Data adjustments based on player feedback
-New weapon icons based on "CCV_World_War_2_Weapons_Icons_Library"
-Added tanks to each Soviet rifle battlegroup (each Soviet army had a tank regiment for close infantry support)
-Updated campaigns, operations and battles
-Added dual weapons for some veteran German soldiers in elite units (captured PPSh-41 SMG for short range and Rifle for mid to long range)
-Updated shadows
-Updated tank graphics
-SU-76M can fire MG fire sideways for defence

On behalf of the Angriff mod team I'm very proud to let you know Angriff V1.02 is released:
Readme:
Description:
The Angriff version is an all new version for LSA that depicts the first days of the attack on Stalingrad in september 1942.
The first release will be the completed mod but with only the 16 maps of south Stalingrad (from Kuibyshev sawmill to the Tsaritsa) + op/battle for this area.
German attacks will come from the west side of the map. Russian reinforcements will come across the Volga.

The mod will use new highly detailed maps based on aerial photography and photographs of the time period, new data and forcepools based on historic research, a new stategic map and a new UI.

!!!!!!!!!Make sure you have the latest LSA version installed (6.00.05)!!!!!!!!!!
If you doubt this patch is installed, check your stock LSA mainscreen, the version is displayed in the lower right corner.
The Angriffv1.02 mainscreen will always display 6.00.05 even if this patch hasn't been installed on your PC.

2 ways to update:

1st -> click on your stock game LSA icon here you get this begin screen where you can select "play game", "game manual", "check for updates" and "patch notes".
click on "check for updates".
I don't know if this begin screen appears on all versions (matrix, steam or gog).
Updates this way used to work for me but for some reason it doesn't anymore, maybe other players have same problem?

2nd -> download from the matrix ftp server and install:

Here you can download update 6.00.4.
I don't know if all previous patches are included in the latest patch 6.00.04? (there where a lot of versions between 5.60.01 and 6.00.04)

LSA should be updated to V06.00.04 before install of radzymin.

Steps to be taken:
-unistall radzymin44 v2.01
-Update LSA to V06.00.04 be sure to check version on stock game mainscreen before continuing.
-Install radzymin44 V2.01 (during install you need to select where you bought the game from matrix or steam, be sure to select the correct one)

Ok thanks for the screenshot, a couple of questions:

Wich version of LSA are you running?
Should be updated to V06.00.04, you can view version on bottom right of mainscreen.

Wich version of the mod did you install?
Should be V2.01, you can download 2.01 version here in the LSA download section.

I'm currently updating the mod to V3.01
-All infantry teams will be more historically correct.
-BG's will be more historically correct, i've found gliederungen (T.O.O.) in digital german archives.
-Data tweaks
-maybe replace a couple of maps.
-Campaigns will be shorter, in reality 19PzDv and HGDv where pulled out of the fighting after neutralising the 3TC attack and so was the 2nd tank army (exept 8th Gds TC)
a 3rd GC will be added starting 6th august where the soviet infantry steamroller pushes the germans to the Vistula step by step.
