Ms. Pavlichenko probably would have enjoyed the fact the people she killed were men, more so than them being Germans or Nazis.  Good for her.  I can only imagine the satisfaction she felt when she put bullets in people.

As former Russian soldier, i can say that such question in context of original message is just silly. Throwing Russian flags at Trump have no relation with respect to our military. Actually, that case is only related to need of medical assistance for some butt-heads.

It wasn't the throwing of the flag specifically that I thought might be disrespectful, but putting Trump's name on the blue strip. The throwing of the flag is celebratory, but Trump's name on the flag is defacing.

I know it's politically incorrect to say it in this forum, so I'll try to be sensitive to those who praise Trump:

Trump said he would release all JFK files but instead he withheld about 300 files.  (I'm not saying Trump's a liar, just saying Trump is making "truth" statements that do meet the threshold of an accurate statement i.e. Trump is truth statement maker failure).

No need to be rude about others activities like hunting just because you were a useless shot and it was too hard for you.

You think it's rude to say that killing animals for entertainment is depraved?

What you said about me personally is far different than my opinion on a sport that uses living creatures for target practice.

Admittedly, I was a poor shot, which caused greater suffering for the animal I killed.  But seeng the animal suffer also made me realize there is nothing "sporting" in killing any creature.  Instead it's a lie that hunters tell themselves or other people to justify the entertainment and glee they get from killing an animal?  If hunting was about achieving the perfect shot, hunters would never leave the target range.

Section 7 in the American Psychiatric Association's (APA) Principles of Medical Ethics (also informally known as the Goldwater Rule) states that it is unethical for psychologists and psychiatrists to give professional opinions on public figures they have not examined in person.

Recently in violation of the Goldwater Rule, American Psychiatrist have express concerns about Trump's mental health:  These Pychiatrists Want To Test the President's Mental Health

Is the public opinions of these psychiatrists unethical?

It's my understanding that DJ is Russian. If this information is wrong, I'm sure he can speak for himself.  No need for you to jump to conclusions and start throwing accusations about.  I continue to await his reply on whether throwing Russian flags at Trump is considered disrespectful.

No need to be rude.  I'm merely expressing my opinion on the glorification of sniping in the media and it's similarities to hunting.  If you know hunters who pedantically keep body counts of every duck they killed, then I stand corrected.
I've done bird hunting when I was younger, but realized how depraved it is.

To answer your question, I care about my opinions and what I think, because I'm awesome.

You might have to ask a Russian but logic would say so.

DJ is Russian, which is why I asked him.

I'm wasn't aware that hunters celebrate how many ducks they killed over the course of their lifetime.  The only hunters I know who keep body counts are pest control hunters, and they keep a record for conservation purposes; not for pride in killing.

It's disturbing that snipers and most hunters share a common sick mindset.

I see that killing and death tolls are something to be celebrated.  Article presents sniping by occupation forces as a sport.

Matrix has never updated TLD/WAR/COI/LSA to run full screen on windows 10, run into Windowed mode but select the resolution that matches your desktop/screen.

If you have a Matrix ID you can could add a comment to this TLD thread about outstanding bugs; http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=3387394

Don't hold your breath expecting a fix but if you do nothing then 100% nothing will ever be done about it....

Fuck Matrix!  I followed the link, wrote a long message with image in that thread to show what I mean, submitted my message and the forum gave me some cryptic message about not being able to post links 7 days after 10th message.  I pressed continue, only to find my post not posted.   Rolling Eyes

I'm convinced Matrix is running a scam.  If the games work on Steam without any problem, they obviously can make them work for Windows 10.  So it make no sense they are selling defunct games from their website.

I'll make another attempt to post my message on their forum later.  I need to cool down.  Shit should not be so difficult.

Wrong.  Movies are educational.  Most American's get their understanding of history and politics from watching Hollywood blockbusters.

LOL... moral of the story:  It's okay to shoot an unarmed black kid if you feel bad about.  And the only way to bridge the gap between "that" community or "those people" and the LAPD is with guns and fast cars.

I wonder if the movie will show where the history of bad relations between LAPD and south central LA comes from e.g. LAPD chief Daryl Gates who created SWAT and CRASH unit that implemented aggressive policing of the community.

Yes you did you liar. By your own admission different - not the same as another or each other; unlike in nature, form, or quality. Not meaning.

Mood and mental disorders are not the same thing.  Therefore, reading mood and diagnosing mental disorder are not the same thing.  And before you reiterate the fallacy that mood reading is part of diagnosis, independently it's different i.e. the part is not the whole.

Unless you can show where I stated reading mood and diagnosing mental disorders are the same, your accusation is just more obnoxious trolling.

I never denied that reading mood was part of diagnose.  I said reading mood is "different" from diagnosing a mental disorder.

The word "different" means not the same as another i.e. reading mood is not the same as diagnosing mental disorders.

Any other words in the English language that you need help with?  Happy to help you out wherever I can.   Cool

Read what they said fool. They could see that Hitlers mood went from euphoria in the early days of the war to "  developing paranoia in Hitler's speech making and a growing preoccupation with what he called "the Jewish poison". Like Hillary with her loss in the Elections - wanting to blame others for her own failure. ( certainly not for a second saying Hillary was like Hitler but her response to blame others is - human nature / human failings ).

Reading a person's mood is different from diagnosing a mental disorder.    Laughing

Hillary (blame Russians), Trump (blame Mexicans) and Hitler (blame Jews).  What's the pattern here?  Politician's blame other people for social, political and economic problems.

Your simplistic rationalizations are priceless.  Again, thanks for the laughs.  Every forum has it's clown, and you certainly do not disappoint Puddles.

Yes - I mention in the Atomic Games video that PBEM was only officially supported in the World at War series.

Are you interested in doing a PBEM?

I would love to, although I have NEVER played any of those particular games and so I'm sure I would play like a noob.  So, if you don't mind that let's go for it.  A few questions:

* Would be cool if we could do this as a Let's Play with us both recording our respective sessions.  Do you have a YouTube channel?  Are you up for that?
* Which game would you prefer?
* Do you have any experience with the games?

Great minds think alike!

I do have YouTube a channel and have video production experience, and I'm contemplating making a Let's Play channel.  I'll PM you details.

In terms of preference, I'm leaning towards Stalingrad.  However, what is the difference between WAW: America Invades and V4V: Utah?

I haven't played any of the World at War series.  I started Operation Crusader game many years ago to have look, but never played more than a couple of turns.  I only remember how huge the map was and the different nations.  V for Victory:  Velikiye Luki is the only battle I have ever actually played substantially.

We'll both be approaching the battles with no knowledge, which is the best fog of war we can ask for.
