Folder has got the right name, videos are off,
and still got these error .
And i cant reinstall cause i ve broken my cd months ago.
Stalingrad mod doesn t work to, GJS and Meuse does work... This is strange man....

Hi,
i ve a problem starting this mod.
When i try to start the game i get the error "Videos folder does not exist", but it is there.All other mods are working fine.
Any idea ?

Do you have these two folders in your Config Manager folder ?If not create them.

First i though "WOW what a good player" ,but then i realised it was against AI Rolling Eyes

Try Stalingrad or Overlord, both mods are great Laughing

And try yourselfagainst human opponents, you will have much more fun playing CC.

A WW1 mod would be great. Its new territory for CC5 Smile

Most teams have 10 Soldiers ,In game Airstrikes like in Berlin Mod Very Happy

By the way, it would be cool when you can use Artillery more than one time.

My favourite WW2 movie is "Das Boot",
its a very realistic movie about a german Submarine.
Watching this movie in a cold, rainy and stormy night gives you a great imagination of these poor man in their submarine.

I've installed both "Bridge repaired" submods but can't see any difference in gameplay or on the bridges.

just tried to play a Battle of Berlin Game with a friend, after choosing Squads, we push ready. Game crashed and both get a message '' CC Stringer loading error''.
What does this mean?
Singleplayer works fine at both computers.We tried several maps, but always the same Problem.
Any ideas?

The german infantry is really harder than the british or american.
Morale and experience is higher, german Landser are in battle since 39, most of the allied are fresh recruits!!! :what1
So i prefer to fight with germans (maybe because i am german :german ), the allieds raise their hands too early in fight, sometimes whole squads give up!!! Crying or Very sad

1.Put yourself on Elite and AI on Recruit.More enemy units to fight.

2.Put 'Always see the enemy' , 'Always obey orders' , 'Always have full enemy info' on for the AI.

3.Morale off

4.Take for yourself only 5 or 10 units in battle.

I hope this will help you to make the fights more interesting, but if you really want a realistic fight look for an human opponent. Smile

AT-Riffles are nearly useless against Tanks. If you're lucky they shoot a track down, before getting killed :death2
Maybe you can kill small Vehicles with them but most time they failed...

Just start a public GC and play against everybody you find. Smile

I think just to play against one opponent could take a long time, cause many guys only play 4-5 games with you and then they say goodbye for the day. Wink

And always look where your opponent is from, cause off the time difference. You start playing in the morning and he goes to bed. :sleep1

Need Help!
Played HoI2 many many (maybe too many) times alone,
tryed it with a friend in a direct connection war, and it was really great Rolling Eyes

i had the same Problems with Stalingrad.
I thought it was a mistae with the Mappackage, so i download all maps one by one and than the game runs Laughing

If you want battles in Citys and many Huge Buildings , try Stalingrad .
