Thanks for the hint. I will try this and report later if it worked.

I deleted the files manually and started the game again. Same result, still loading the tactical map of Acqueville or Hill 142. The problem is, my soldiers are in the right map which is also displayed as the overview map. So I could move them on the overview map, but that´s not really and solution and does not really make fun.

First of all, thx for the quick reply.
Yes, it works when I change the drives. Cleaning the CD doesn´t help. I tried it already. Maybe it has just become to old over the years.
I also tried to make an ISO out of the CD and use it this way but that failed also because of the copy protection.

Hello again,

I have a proble with my CC4-CD. It does not work with my blue ray. So i always have to change it to an old DVD-drive whe I want to play CC4. Maybe the CD has become to old over the years?
Has anybody an idea for a solution?
Thx.

Hello everybody,

i recently digged out my old CC-CDs and started to play a little bit around.
I have a problem with CC5. Whe I start the big campaign, it always loads the wrong maps. The overview map is the right one, but the big map to play in, is wrong. It is always the map of Acqueville, I guess. It is nearly impossible to play, becaus you never now what ground you are exactly moving on right now.
Reinstallation didn´t help.
Any ideas?
