Hi, I'm trying to install the GJS mod for CC5 and I keep hitting a snag. When I'm doing the final install of GJSv44 I keep getting this message "Failed to copy C:/Program Files/SSI/Close Combat Invasion Normandy/CC5.exe to system/original/CC5.exe (error code=5)" Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I am new at this so it could be something very basic. Thank You

GJS (and most of the other cool Mods...BTW, thanks a lot to all the Mod makers! Amazing work you guys!) installed without a hitch, but I've encountered the dreaded (error code=5) a few times. Meuse Plugin gave me the error, also Karelia2. I'm running WinXP SP2 on an older PIII-600 PC. I get this (error code=5) even after trying to install the Plugin on a fresh CC5 Installation (clean from any other Mod Installations). What is this error code=5? Actually, I can still play all the Mods by manually installing the files...but using the Plugin Manager is much easier of course...so I really would like to find a workaround for the (error code=5) error. TIA for the help!
One more thing, my installation of CC5 is not at the default C:/ drive folder...but I've edited the registry entries accordingly.

Got around error 5, but not quite sure how. I didn't have those two files (still don't) so you may have been right about that. Also had videos in the wrong spot, probably unrelated. Thanks for the help. P.S. Great game! Thanks to CCS, never knew mods existed before I found this website.
