To Yuma,

Yes, it's a real place.
The town was located appx. 5km. NE. of Longvilly.
Minor battles were fought there.
A road block was set up near there to stop the
Germans from getting to bastogne.

Did you find it in your books? Smile

Especially the topographic maps of the villages.

BTW the offer still stands, if you need translating anything just let me know.

@ Michael,
I'm updating the clan weblinks. Is the Platoon clan still existing? Link does not work.

Hello bambam,

As I recall, that site went down about 2 years ago.
Last I heard, the "owner" was trying to sell the domain.
Too bad, it was a good web site.

If I'm not mistaking, I d/L'd the "Platoon Maps Mod"
there. This Mod allowed you to play cc5 maps with
CC4..Many of the maps were from the Muse
Mod some were from CC5.....That was really nice
since I didn't have CC5 at the time!

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited and
found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some of the great Close Combat
mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank all the members of our volunteer staff that have
helped over the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
