Ok been working on Op Just Cause, and sort of stuck. Not sure which UI camo pattern I like more. I first started with the ERDL(the smaller pattern) which was only used in Vietnam. The other is the Woodland BDU pattern, which was what was used in Panama, basically an enlarged ERDL pattern.

Any ways what do you think. Even if you haven't ever played the mod or CC2 go ahead and vote.

I like the ERDL one, it has that "water color" look to it.

I didn't think the watercolor/blurry look would look right as a UI, but the real choice was because the woodland scheme is more accurate for the Op.

I went with the Wool land BDU pattern. Heres a pic of how it will look in v1.0.

Im making templates fot the GUI screens,, did you reapint the whole screen as in the tab boxes and all.. or just contrast the background out?

I first tried just contrasting or overlaying the color but it didn't work; so I instead redid it using bevels to get the levels for the layers.

Wow.. so you had to redo the lavels on the buttons too? I guess once you know the settings its easiuer.. thats how I am going about doing it.. I mean it takes time.. but at least youll be able to do whatever you want with look of GUI!
