Thanks CCMac for this info,
the provider removed all *.sit files after one hour. Now CCEdit and LOS *.sit are wrapped additionally into ZIP files. Back online.
Slightly off topic, I am surprised you have never written a config manager for the Mac version of CC2.
Hi ccmac,
yes in deed. There is no need for a config manager on Mac. Simply having multiple disk images of mod-installs on HD. And multiple folders containg the game on HD to keep the mod's scenario/saved battles and sound files from each other.
On PC you can do it the same, but will ran in conflict with the Registry???
Too few CC2-Mac-fans around, otherwise someone would perhaps made something like this during the last ten years.
Cheer
Mafi (must go on coding for next 5CC version....)
Thanks ccmac,
sorry that I'm so late. Have fixed this now.
For Canal5CC2_v2.zip you must go to http://www.geocities.com/cc2revival/
One must enter the geocities site to get it. No direct download. Sorry for the bandwidth limit, but perhaps you will not notice it. I have bolded now the text at the CC2-PF site.

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited
and found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some
of the great Close Combat mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank
all the members of our volunteer staff that have helped over
the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
