Don't know where to put this, so I start a new topic...
Been enjoying this mod for weeks now, but this little thing confuses me...
All Rifle Sections of infantry BG's are described as "Rifle Squad (-3 men)", but they still have 7 men as the regular Rifle Groups. Or is an English infantry squad 10 men strong, and the "missing" soldiers LMG- and AT-teams in the game?
(Been looking through the forum, but I must have missed the answer to this if it's there already...)

Yes you have the correct answer, the British Rifle section was nominally 10 men strong in 1944, made up of a rifle group of section commander and 6 riflemen and a LMG group made up of the 2ic and 2 men.
Tactically they would operate as 2 sub groups, so that the LMG would support the rifles as they moved forward, then the rifles would cover the advance of the LMG group as it attempted to flank the enemy. Once in position the LMG would supress the enemy while the rifle group closed with and took the position.
The AT weapons (PIAT) were not issued at section level, they came in at Platoon level, each Platoon being issued with 2 weapons along with a single 2" mortar.
These figures given above are of course 'paper strenght' and organisation, as the 1944 campaigns progressed various units altered them, so it would not be unusual to find infantry sections with 2 Bren guns or having a PIAT team attached to them.

10men rifle section is represented basically in 2 ways in TRSM.
1)7men rifle group + 3men gun group - standard composition as Ronson pointed.
2)7men rifle section + 3men recce group - showing basically, that section is in defence (with both NCO and 2ic with gun - thus section ) while 3men are sent as forward spotters or however u want calling them .
