Alright, to my knowlege not much as been done at the moment.
The research of maps and the german BGs are done.
Here is the first screenie showing stuff from GOODWOOD: the icons  for the german forces.
This is my first attempt at graphics stuff, so don´t expect to much! Wink

Constructive criticsism is welcomed. Cool

Squadleader is in charge of all data, and what he has done so far I have no idea since I haven't had contact with him since december (!) and my attemps to contact him has failed on a epic scale. ( My emails has ben returned to me as result of delivery error (!?) and PM on this forum has not been delivered for some reason).

So if you see this, Squadleader; please contact me Wink

If I can't get hold of Squadleader I have to edit the data myself. Question is how do I do that? What do I need?
Help appreciated Very Happy

Anyways, I'm in the progress of researching allied BG's and making insignias to them, and writing lists of what each Bg (both german and allied ) should have in men and euqipment.

At the moment a mapper is needed.
The maps are supposed to be in the same quality and look like the GJS map. If you want to make complete new maps or "copy&past" is up to you. You will be supplied with B&W airphotos to make realistic maps with.
The total number of maps is 15.

Intrested and up to the challange? Give a holler.

Asked for a mapper to aid Goodwodd but still no luck. Crying or Very sad

He he he, I understand what you mean. Wink

To be honest I don't need any help right now, except for a mapper at the moment.
I have completed a few more German BGs and I have even managed to put in a few new vehicles: M3A1 Stuart Recce (no turret, Onboard M2 50.cal) FlaK38 auf U304(f) and more. ( Well most of them are old units discarded in Dima's TRSM 97, but what the heck Very Happy )

Vehicles/Guns to do now are:
122mm captured soviet Howitzer
Nebelwerfer (not SP)

By the way, If a turret is misaligned, how do you fix it?

Karlmortar, glad that you're moving along on your own.
I'm still tied up on weekends piecing together my small TLD mod (maybe it's time to start work on it again with the upcoming new patch coming...and CC LSA just around the corner)...but do give me a poke if you need help with Goodwood.
BTW, I've still got that mainscreen pic modified from Sapa's work...I can e-mail that to you if you want.
As for maps...we should wait for Hoogley's PSD templates project...looks really promising as a user-friendly map making tool.

If you want to speed things up..isnt it possible to use maps from GJS or UTAH mod (with permission of course) there are several "non beach" maps that could be used for your mod, just a thought...

As Squadleader has mentioned..i suppose that the all community is sitting home having "hard on" for CCLSA and it could be difficult to have any mapmaking support....

The summer in Sweden right know is just concentrated on drinking beer Wink ...

When you see 3D games that come with map making programs built in allowing users to create maps like this its just hard to understand why CC with it's much simpler graphics doesn't have anything.

I think it's time for a small update and a screenshot Very Happy

So far 7 Berman BGs have been completed and a few "new" vehicles has been brought in to the minimod:

Königstiger
7.5cm and 10.5cm auf H39 Geschützwagen
5cm PaK 38
PaK 43 (on cruifix platform)

And alsa a few "brand" new ones:
12.2cm Howitzer (captured soviet medium howitzer)
Nebelwerfer 41
Flak 38 auf Unic 304(f)
10.5cm auf Lorraine Schlepper ( It's like a 10.5cm auf 38H Geschützwagen but on an smaller chassie and no onboard MG)
Beutes Panzer (Captured Sherman VC)

And a turretless M3A1 Stuart known as Stuart Recce. UK tankers removed the turret to make the Stuart lighter and faster, since the turret's 37mm gun was crap anyways.

Here is a screenie of the new vehicles:
