Wasn't thier a Indo Mod that some one was working on for CC3 about the French and the Veitminh? Whats happened to it? Or am I completely wrong and thier never was a mod by this name(Known to happen).

You are right there is a mod called Indo in progress. I am doing it.
I took some delay because of work occupation but the mod is still on, and shall be achive by the end of this year. I might post some kind of mod review before.
