From a h2h battle today. My opponent throw in a type of air strike, I haven't seen before i think. Its made up of smoke bombs only. My armoured car below the smoke did not take any damage.

Is this a coded feature that some air strikes only throw smoke bombs?

Looking pretty cool though. The beach exit-VL is not that far away from the strike, so its almost like that song, - smoke on the water.

I have "Never" seen an air-strike like that before.

That's a CC5 client glitch.

We played it in CC5 - mod and submod GJS TRSM 982.

A client glitch, is that the same as a client cheat?

Well, in CC5 client sometimes see such airstrike effects instead of explosions. Host always see correct effects.
Glitch = bug.
