In download section you can find 2 vetmods for to play as German or Allied vs AI

Both were made with version 5.50.00 .

for a better balance, I advice to follow these rules for ALL my vetmods:
- Use time&morale hidden
- do not use inset map and do not use the view from above for more realism.
-Use the refill for Ai when available, in his favor (when it needs reinforcement) without peeking his forces.

Enjoy   Smile

Are these mods still usable for current version? In case, can you use the LockedBG  shortcut without any problem?

Thanks!

However, this is to play TLD as German, correct?

Is there also a latest Allied Vetmod?  Smile

Might one use the shortcut to play with locked BGs without any issue?

the Allied vetmod.

If you want to play with locked BG, simply open campaign.txt in Locked BGs replace 0 to 1 and enjoy.

Thanks again! I had misread this one in the forum...

And yes, now I remember the locked "1" in campaign.txt in base folder...  Wink

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited and
found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some of the great Close Combat
mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank all the members of our volunteer staff that have
helped over the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
