| I tried to match up that 1st picture with Google Earth but couldn't. I am pretty sure I found the right gorge but none of those large buildings still exist as far I could tell.

Edit: even just porting as is for the 1st step/task would make many happy to get the TLD fixes (over CC5).

but will introduce the Girly Soldiers which is really painfull in urban combat. That's why a data patch Iam working on is for CC5.

I agree with Dima about porting it to TLD, if/when possible, with a "full TLD project" (more maps, Bgs etc.). Manoi work is awesome, I really like it (and I mean both: CC5 and new preview work).

This would be one of those drool over while waiting for mods. Kind of like while everyone was always waiting for the next CC to be released after Atomic released CC3 way back.
Just speaking out loud.. Has any of the mod guru's here ever worked together on these massive kinds of projects like this?

Are you currently importing Stalingrad to one of the newer games or waiting for the others to be released to then decide to port it over?
