Hi Nembo, there is a tool called IMake for making plugin files.
http://home.wanadoo.nl/cclinks/zeppo9/
Hopefully it will work for CCII. The readme file says CCIII thru CCV but the alternative is a few hours on a text editor with lots of chance for errors. I believe it was Zeppo9 who created the plugin managers. If this doesn't work someone might know how to contact him. Cheers!
Hope that helped. I forgot to mention that a plugin is basically a zip file with the extension changed from .zip to .pln If you look at the install/uninstall files from some other plugins you will get the idea of how they work. The important part is to make sure that after the uninstall there are no "stray" files left behind to corrupt the next mod installation. I don't have CCII so I can only help to a point....

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited
and found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some
of the great Close Combat mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank
all the members of our volunteer staff that have helped over
the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
