The Soviet total casualties of WW 2 always manage to shock, especially when seen in a visual form like that. And those numbers, the 8 million figure, was a low ball estimate.

Yeah I suppose it include death by disease brought over by Europeans. Specifically in South America.

Civilian deaths are mostly just guesswork. The ranges of the lowest estimates to the highest, create a large standard deviation.

But, interesting vid nevertheless.
