Yeah, i was there, seen and even touch some steel beasts from article. BTW, Belarus have a 5-day visa-free option for those who arrive via Minsk International airport.

Have you been to Kubinka and if so how good was it. Did they have a KV2 as I have seen most recognized tanks from WW2, but not one of these monsters.

How did so many tanks fall into the Belarus swamp?  Guessing they got stuck trying to cross & got stranded.

Several Soviet mechanized army corps was trapped or forced to retreat though now-Belarus territories in 1941. Most of their tanks was abandoned, or voluntarily dumped to prevent capture.
