Nevermind anything published or stated by this Banana Republic chieftain.   Assume anything and everything are lies and propaganda.  He said he doesn't have any business interests with Saudi's.  Then in his own words he claimed while on campaign speech he received 100's of millions.  Plus son in law Jared is completely desperate to get Saudi's to purchase his real estate holding to cut his losses.

He also lies about how much money the arms deal was.  The Saudi's only spend 14 Billion, not 450 Billion completely ridiculous lies.  It's embarrassing how much of a pathological liar he is.  The TRUTH is that he is saying this as cover to justify his own personal business interests (along with Jared) with the Saudi's.  So he does not want to say anything to jeopardize his $$$ interests with Crown Prince.  Worse is when they tried to offer lies to Turkey to surrender exile living in US in exchange for Turkey keeping this scandal quiet.

Bolton today said at press confereence, he did not want to listen to audio tape of the Khashoggi assasination in Istanbul.   I am sure he is lying.  Also they did not invite the CIA from investigation meeting.  President does not care about any of this, only wants to keep $$$ relationships with Saudi family decades to continue with his family.   Especially Jared's family is desperate for buyer for property losing money on.

And Jared Kusher was pan handling Qatar begging them for $$$.  He can't make payments for the DeutchBank $285M loan that he took right before the election.  https://theintercept.com/2018/03/02/jared-kushner-real-estate-qatar-blockade/

Few of the Saudi promises have amounted to much. The effectiveness of the counterterrorism center in Riyadh remains doubtful. After offering $50 billion in new weapons contracts, the Saudis have signed only letters of interest or intent without any firm deals."

And Jared Kushner is using cover story for Mid-East "peace" deal with Israel while he weasels some way to get cash or buyer for upside down property.  The Prince's father made it clear no deal until they treat the Palestininans fairly which Jared has no clue how.

That's pretty hard core DJ. Must really dislike everything the Trump administration has done and is doing in all facets.

Would you prefer going back a couple of years to where the truly FAILED leadership stuck it's head in the sand when all forms of trouble appeared, then lied about it when Americans died as a result?

Trump is right to maintain close relations with Saudi Arabia even as we oppose the prince's worst impulses. American security, regional stability, and reduced Yemeni suffering all give weight to this righteous realism. It is the combination of these variable interests that make U.S. policy in Saudi Arabia the moral choice it is.

Looks like the invitation to more bombs to Yemen, more decapitations of journalists an so on. BTW, 'reduced Yemeni suffering' virtually means that without US support Saudis will be not so effective in killing Yemenis, leading to prolongation of war. Morale...how many faces it have nowtime?

Yes that argument in Examiner makes no sense.  No mention of the journalist assassination Embassy?  Ok to go ahead and prolong the war in Yemen with U.S. supplied bombs?  And will have opposite effect make the victim's families emboldened to support Iranian interests instead.  That looks like Partisan writer or propaganda website funded by special interest.

"Saudi Arabia’s crown prince is acting like Putin – Nov. 5, 2017

Corruption in Saudi Arabia is quite different from  corruption in most other countries, as it is not limited to a “bribe” in return for a contract, or expensive gift for the family member of a government official or prince, or use of a private jet that is charged to the government so a family can go on vacation.
Instead, in Saudi Arabia, senior officials and princes become billionaires as contracts are either enormously inflated or, at worst, a complete mirage."

PostPosted: Thu Dec 13, 2018 5:31 am Post subject: Re: Everything is OK with Saudi Arabia Reply with quote

...So is the 32-year-old crown prince more like Russia’s Mikhail Gorbachev or Vladimir Putin in this effort? Is he on a path to truly reform the entire system? Or is he simply seizing upon well-known figures to further centralize power in his own hands?

As of now, I would say Mohammed bin Salman is acting like Putin. He is imposing very selective justice. The crackdown on even the most constructive criticism — the demand for complete loyalty with a significant “or else” — remains a serious challenge to the crown prince’s desire to be seen as a modern, enlightened leader.

Mohammed bin Salman rather famously bought a $500 million yacht in 2015. Rumors rippled across the kingdom of other extravagances. The buck stops at the leader’s door."

Sounds familiar doesn't it?  Like many other corrupt leaders around the world and in business too.

You surely can't be an American going by your wide sweeping statements comparing MBS to Putin. Today's migrants issues stem back to our countries involvement in their countries, with shocking results to civilians and their countries for decades - Iraq

Those words were not mine rather quote from murdered journalist Khasogi. Except for the last sentence not in quotes.  He made the comparison between MBS to Putin.  Yes I am American.  What about you?  And no I 100% do NOT support any more war in Yemen.  It is disgusting and sickening to see the children starving to death as factions bomb the ports so food can not be imported.

I didn't just mean Yemen. Me, I'm from the little Island community of Australia. It's funny how the International community condemned the fmr Ukraine President during the revolution and forced him to curb Govt violence towards them to preserve his Govt. Yet in Yemen where the populous clearly want to topple their corrupt leadership - our countries arm the Govt and no holds barred approach towards opposition. Or even France today where the violence is escalating weekly. Where will that end.

U.S. is pulling out of Syria I think only done to appease the Turks to keep quiet about Saudi hit squad.  Plus I think the Kurds won't be getting assistance any longer.  All of this done to keep the Saudi's happy.  Never even heard of anyone getting assassinated at Embassy by foreign agents.  Not to mention dismembered.
I get there won't be any criminal accountability or consequences for the assassination.  Just high five from Vlad.  I wonder what Turkey would have done if they were not appeased today.

Wow U.S. Defense Secretary just walked away from job in protest over Syria.  Winner for Trump.  Loser for the Kurds hung out to dry.

Putin is happy.  Turkey is happy.  The Saudi Prince is happy for Turkey to drop protest over Khasogi.  Trump got to claim victory to his fanatical supporters...even though at least a full division of ISIS remains dispersed in Eastern Syria.  U.S. Defense Secretary was clearly not happy though.  Saudis seem to really call the shots over American Mid East policy.

PostPosted: Mon Dec 24, 2018 9:27 pm Post subject: Re: Everything is OK with Saudi Arabia Reply with quote

Very odd today, on Christmas Eve, Trump celebrates on Twitter Saudi Govt alleged role on "rebuilding" Syria.  Conflating his personal affiliation with Saudi Prince with sovereign nation.  First of all, Saudi's are not welcome on Syrian lands to my knowledge nor were they even invited.  Humanitarian aid?  While they bomb Yemen ports preventing food imports in the most impoverished nation in mid-east.  Then Turkey's Dictatorship allegedly gave word they would fill the void and eliminate remaining pockets of ISIS.  Did Putin agree to that?  Did Assad approve?  Or was it excuse to take-out the Kurds.

Meanwhile, magically the chosen one Jared Kushner magically has raised finances out of thin air to reduce his payments for 666 Fifth Avenue property his family was upside down on.  Willing to wager the Saudi's lent a helping hand for that too.  Done in secrecy of course.
