capturing prisoners will also get the leader acts of bravery

Ahhh...thanks for clearing that up, yuma!
A lot of Russian conscripts did surrender during that particular battle.
Either that or he was outstandingly busy with the radio like Shreckie said   Smile

Was he the highest ranked soldier in the battle? probably too late to tell now, but that may of helped with the prisoner thing.

Probably not...but he might be the 'surviving' highest ranked soldier when Russian POWs started trickling in...he might also be the highest ranking soldier nearest the surrenders?

Ok guy. I have the most kick ass record ever.

1 sniper. 600-900 kills.

Who can beat that?  Wink  i did this in 2007 sometime. I think that's pretty good if you don't mind me saying myself. I don't have a picture to prove it but i would never lie like that.

It was a AI game but still.

A personal record while playing H2H.  Antony_nz vs Ivan_Zaitzev. By god he hated that mod! I loved it. Surprised

Not my team but this was a enemy kill score, but a well placed pz iv by the ai before a battle all my tanks turrets were on a hill and would not traverse that far down to engage it.

Epsom Grand Campaign H2H (Gateway to Caen)

One single Panther knock out 5 allied tanks (2 Sherman V, 1 Firefly and 2 Churchills) amid the houses of Cheux map. A Kompanietrupp (lead by an unterstumf├╝hrer giving morale and providing leadership) was close to the panther (with a gunner not very smart but certainly effective).

playing Germans in 1945 is a bit masochistic but from time to time there are little pleasures like this

Shortly after, the jagdpanther was  immobilized by an artillery barrage and i was unable to repair it. Such a pity. At least all the crew survived.

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited and
found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some of the great Close Combat
mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank all the members of our volunteer staff that have
helped over the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
