This is the thread for reporting any bugs in RegXtra34.
Im aware of 1 bug a mg halftrack with the graphic appearance of a pak equipped open top tank,an easy fix that will be rectified before start of hostilities.
But keep an eye out for others.12 people looking will find them faster than 1.

......every god dam things blows up or dies sooooooooo quick.
is it just the ia, but the soldiers seem to crawl under tanks undetected, troops pop out of nowhere and assult at 200% normal speed to attack mg42s at point blank range, barely time to fire off a round!
ia was somehow able to fire mgs on ATGs at infantry, i can only make the main gun fire, and mg fires after gun taken out...must be a trick somewhere.
the US ing gun was firing at my King tiger II...WTF?????? man it got annoying repainting the front....
morter min range on 8cm, at approx grenade range ends? lol
swers HMG and mg42(drum) is it me, or is it the sound of a electric jack hammer, and shels falling, could be a little louder, i have had whole squads drop dead, and i still havent heard the dam things goin off.
ditto all mgs on tanks, i see the tracers before i know what gerry tank is killing my blokes.
ps never attempt to fire at a rocket tank, it appears as the barrel is facing other way, ITS NOT! some dam tube or something. oh and it fires about 10 rockets at you before you can get a round off, good way to die fast, crew never survive.(WMD)

ye 3.4 is only available to those in the operation at the moment.
it will be released near the end of hostilities.with maybe a change or 2..due to complaints or obvious bug which have shown up.

got new plug in 341, but i noticed in 2 instances something reg extra freaky deaky(but good and bad)
***** all arms fire at panthers and king tigers***** rifles, morters, inf guns(yes at front armour of king tiger) noticed this in 34, mentioned the paint the inf gun took off KT.
its good, as ing gun might GET LUCKY, but it just makes infantry give away there positions, ditto morters.

ye them inf guns have more powerful heat shells, more effective at close range.
most of the weapons u think wont fire, will at closer range, side on or from rear.
its basically the crew knowing not to give there cover away on a useless shot.
in a game recently i was taunting a sturmhaubtze sickf1 was commanding,he was cleaning up my troops on 1 side of building, and i rushed my locust in fired off rear shots, did nothing but make him swing around and aim for locust which i had on move fast in a direction to keep him turning,he fired and missed,i got behind cover and he went back to aim at troops,i came out fired got a side shot with 37mm,he turned back towards me and i moved to close to factory, and a panzerfaust got me.
but was a great duel, even thou i lost and thought i was unlucky not to get an immobilisation....just didnt hit the right spots!
so far i have had a panther blown clean up with a direct hit from artillery barrage air strikes can take out tanks easily with direct hits.
had my king tiger immobilised with one 76mm side shot once.
its main gun knocked out when it rounded a corner into the path of 3 x AA90mm guns, but managed to quickly pull back out of their los, with mg intact.

Posted: Tue Oct 04, 2005 12:01 pm Post subject: crashes...
keep getting crashes on pont l abbey with new anzac merc war b.dat 17 rece, it crashes before the map loads, i think its the 75mm half truck, 3 times its crashed, it worked in older scenario in st joures though. maybe slot problem again? i had also 2 mauders, a flamer(used last 2 battles, same as 8cm half truck)
still the timer crashes, but its not a major, as it always saves, just fucked getting pics for AARs.

played pont tonight, got thru to results.
could be coz u playing against ai,and there is a lot of heavy fighting when games end.thats has been the common thing i have noticed.
i guess for op deploy picture u just have to have spare game file and go to the battle in next round get some1 to help u truce thru battles, then get start deploy, which is same as last finish deploy.
a hassle i know.

ok guys I took a day off from work and had a good look on how to solve this .
find out that the problem must have occured in the battles after amphreville played by Verb and Stumpy. cuz I have simulated the battles with the file I have got just after playing l4w in amphreville for that turn 14 thevening and the next turn amphrville come up ok . Right units and right maps vls
has any one got the file after ST Mere?
we can rebuilt pont and monte castro from there
If either Sumpy or Verb dont have that file
I would replay St mere pont and MC
I feel that monte castro should not have been played without a good plan where both side fully agreed. I have the feeling that Verb went in to battle at Monte Castro as this was going to be probably the last battle of the ops.
we can finish this and still be fun and fair
cipre 2ic for the Corona X
Most likely happen that Stumpy hosted the game as CX 47 in ST mere ,Verboten already had CX 47 which was still on the movements for the 14 th evening thats when the cross over of the two file happen.
Ps why the hell do you call your file CX ? you should call your file BROS lol
