Belarus....... is in a word a proxy state backed up by Russia... Not all the inhabitants are on that page.... enough said...

I find the most unbiased and realistically factual account is here.....

https://www.understandingwar.org/backgrounder/ukraine-conflict-updates

I thought at first it was bias against Russia but time and time again what they said was on the money.

Putin and Russia have lost the plot.... civilians are not soldiers....

Man up.... women and children are not fair game...

You know if you don't live it.... You can't give it.

Yes, we know why Russia is still in Ukraine. because the United States robs, and Russia sets the brains sooooo slow-thinking (like a giraffe) "elits" of Europe))). Belarus is very poor welfare state dependent on Russian support.

Seen no signs of such in last and previous visits...tall glass buildings in Minsk, many cosy restaurants and cafes, good roads, even in countryside, virtually no soviet-period cars, modern public transport. Small Belarus towns look almost always better that similar size Russians. Lukashenko did a great job cruising between West and Russia, obtaining kind of bribes to his economic from both sides. Even since 2020, no signs of decline, thanks to harsh anti-corruption measures, and also smart pre-caution measures, like having own card issue/processing system alternate to US-controlled ones long before Russia realized the need. China also made a large investments there.

Something is lost in translation here.

Russia is attempting to save Europe from US economic domination?

Minsk is very large city, likely inhabited by the upper classes of Belarus.  According to GDP per capita published by International Monetary Fund and World Bank, Belarus is ranked 4th poorest country in Europe.  Ukraine is the most poor, followed by Moldova and Albania.  This sounds credible to me.  My source is retired General McCafferty whom appears on MSNBC often.

And yes Russia should cease and desist missile strikes on schools and civilian targets like apartment buildings.  It is considered a war crime to intentionally target civilians as reprisals.  Also very wasteful and bad use of expensive munitions.  All it does is make Ukrainian people more determined to fight and resist the Russian invaders.  For the first time at least Russia admitted to intentionally targeting civilian targets for retaliation of the Crimean bridge bombing, which is a military target build after Putin illegally invaded.  Maybe Russia wants to continue to waste  $ trying to terrorize civilians instead of using munitions to try to win the war.

You can not save someone who agreed to the role of the victim. The union of Russia and Europe (Germany) is a serious threat to the Anglo-Saxons. But I liked your way of thinking. Indeed, in Russia's plans, apparently, not only to reason with Europe, but also to save it from itself, naturally for subsequent mutually beneficial cooperation)

As we know from Syria, every building hit by russian bomb immediately became the school or hospital. Only necrologies and social networks later reveals, how many military men suddenly was in place of strike.

Also, everybody kindly forget, that everything, what was shoot into sky, falls later to earth. In Vinnitsa major hit to civilians was from Ukrainian S300 AA missile, and ukrainian military, instead of helping wounded, was busy clearing the square from missile fragments, to avoid blame.

Like this? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wUw5Hc-YHyo - was perfectly feed by media as Russian strike at time.

Ukraine since 2014 systematically hit civilian targets, including power lines, water stations. In 2015 crimean tatar paramilitaries blow powerlines to Crimea on Ukraine mainland - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZAXMr29xvQE .  In Crimea bridge three civilian died, the bomb car spent night in town on Taman - driver made an unplanned rest, if only bomb had timer, explosion happened in town with multiple civilian deaths. So if Ukrane govt choses ISIS tactics - don't hesitate about some backfires, not much people cared about civilian deaths in wiped out by co-co-coalition bombings Rakka.

Ukrainian couterstrikes hit Belgorod:

https://t.me/vvgladkov/915 - multi-floor house hit, maybe by part of AA missile
https://t.me/vvgladkov/913 - near-hit to school
https://t.me/vvgladkov/936 - railway damage
https://t.me/vvgladkov/950 - power distribution station

From military objects seems like one ammo stockpile destroyed.

Famous/infamous field commander of 2014, Strelkov, returned to active duty - https://istrelkov.ru/2111-kuda-propal-strelkov.html . He was banned from entering russian-controlled parts of Ukraine since 2014.

Yet another Russian attack on Apartment complex, SU-34 fighter-bomber killed 4 civilians.  Engine allegedly caught on fire shortly after take-off.   This time looks like legitimate accident, actually the 10th non-combat Russian aircraft to crash that has been documented.
