Thanks to your incessant posting which, apart from anything else, constantly clogs up the recent topics feed, we now must surely know EVERYTHING there is to know about CCMT.

And yet.. still no one replies to your posts except to poke fun or criticize what anyone not totally familiar with this forum would most likely assume are your attempts to soft-sell us a game which quite obviously cannot provide people with what they consider to be an authentic CC experience.

Take a bloody hint, shut up.

and start playing a GJS-LSA 6.0 online grand campaign.

I agree with Stwa. The way the strat map's implimented in the CC games isn't that good. It's ok, but has a lot of limits. Personally, I'd prefer a more dynamic map like the way they did it in Achtung Panzer - but beggers can't be choosers. Either way, I like Stwa's points and I would encourage him to post regardless whether people criticize or not.

And, as a general rule, I prefer that people don't post in my topics. Now that being said, there are some people that do, and on occassion they make good points.

I hope you don't mind me butting in.

I agree with buutface

It's about time somebody told Stwa that shameless posting about one's favorite CC version is unacceptable, and will not be tolerated here.
Now go play Stock Mod or TT's VETBoB for Wacht am Rhein,Real games for Real Men.

Been awhile since last I surfed the 'net' for CCS.
&
Happily, one of my fav. Poster, and CC game (CCMT) and Mod. (cc2Redux) [cuz it's cc2 !] was bravely forging the forum battlefield!  ;)

Always a joy and delight!

Thanks for sharing.  Insights, and the rebukes ~ that tend to Life !!!

btw.  I am embroiled in ww2online (Battlefield Europe).  It's free ! now.  For a limited, restricted access to unit(s) available for play.  But still!  I may bump into you.  :D

Enjoy!  ~  and keep looking ~~ Up.   Smile

I still play CCMT (I think the Vietnam Mod is the best).  I like your post about developing campaigns.  Thanks for the info.

Agree...also, I used similar formula as yours when playing CCMT: Korea since that was still a "pitched" battle war.  Vietnam, not so much...I incorporated Choctaws/Hueys into my game so I have air assaults on individual maps.
