#1: To any one interested in a CC5 custom OP. Author: Pzt_Kanov, Location: MéxicoPosted: Thu Aug 08, 2013 1:20 am — I want to try a multiplayer custom OP in CC5 but we will be using the data I modified for longer inf. survivability.
After I share the data with you, you must do the following:
-You choose side, date, number of days and pick 3 continuous maps from the strat map. Preferably that they are in line as in [German supply map] <->[neutral battle map]<->[American supply map].
-Choose a BG (each BG has attributes the most important for small ops is charisma I think because it can give a boost to low morale troops. Also speed) and make a custom force pool using CCReq of whatever forces you wish. Limit is 2500 points (arbitrary number hopefully to reduce vehicles and focus on infantry combat, American 8th Reg./4th division has a value of 5000+ on recruit for example)
-Must save the FP and send the txt file created by CCReq to me
-Both sides will have air and mortar support or none has it. No naval.
-There's no limit on units, only you must not exceed 2500 CCReq points!
-I will do the custom OP with the chosen maps and load your FP then send you the savegame file for you to check it out, so you can see the forces I selected too.
We can discuss battle rules later but one that I would like to have is that to avoid ending the OP early because of morale failure of either side, morale would be turned off, but if after ending the current battle you're down to 2 VL's you must retreat.
