I have not had time to play CC for a few months, today i tried to play CC:TLD and CC:LSA after auto installing the latest updates.
However when i try to launch either game i get an error message saying.
"There is an error with your serial number as entered.Please contact the Matrix Games Help Desk for assistance. Error code: 2"
i have the serial numbers of my games, and like i say i have not played in months, any ideas as to what is wrong please?

As far as I know, TLD and LSA have no "call home" feature where the serial number is checked with some database over the internet when you launch the game so I think the problem is local.
