Downloaded COI_CommonwealthSummer_Maps.zip and tried to extract it but it is corrupted.

Anyone have a working copy?

Tried again. No good. Also used 7-zip and Windows to try and open it.
One thing I noticed is its half the size of the link posted above your reply witch worked fine.
