If you have CC3 patched to latest try this mod out. It adds many different teams, tanks and infantry to the game.

How to Install the New Armor Mod FOr CC3:
1.
Unzip the contents of NewArmor.zip to your
\Microsoft Games\Close Combat III\DATA\BASE directory.
2.
Unzip the contents of NewTanksGraphics.zip to your
\Microsoft Games\Close Combat III\GRAPHICS directory.
3.
Unzip the contents of NewSounds.zip to your
\Microsoft Games\Close Combat III\LocalFX directory.
4.
You're Done!
