There is a German series coming to Netflix later this year but I can't remember it's name. Can somebody help me? It's about the last days of the war if I remember correctly.

My best German war movies / tv series from the German perspective are - Downfall, Stalingrad 1993, Das Boot and Generation War with Deutschland 83 for Cold War.

LOL... moral of the story: It's okay to shoot an unarmed black kid if you feel bad about. And the only way to bridge the gap between "that" community or "those people" and the LAPD is with guns and fast cars.

I wonder if the movie will show where the history of bad relations between LAPD and south central LA comes from e.g. LAPD chief Daryl Gates who created SWAT and CRASH unit that implemented aggressive policing of the community.

Some would say it's only a movie but others that Hollywood is pure propaganda - the timing of this movie. I just watch them i( f they are good ) for the entertainment. As for the history of SWAT. SWAT was created as a demand for specialist Units to deal with ever increasing better armed crims ( sniper incidents ). To answer your question I guess watch the movie when it's out. Movies are entertainment, Doco's are meant to inform and be accurate ( not always the case sadly ).

That is very sad if true. Something I can't comment on as I know nothing about that. Americans that I know certainly are influenced by things that shallow as a movie. Movie Argo for example is full of inaccuracies, Braveheart etc.
