#1: Serial number errors Author: Polyphemus, Posted: Sat Aug 27, 2016 5:31 pm — Hi, Had Cross of Iron for years, have just reinstalled after several years of not playing. Have just installed Cross of Iron and when trying to play I get an error, Problem with serial number as entered, contact Matrix Games for help. error code is 1073741819.
What's worse is I have just taken delivery of Wacht Am Rhien. from a seller on ebay. Have installed it and get same message about serial number
Can anyone help

#2: Re: Serial number errors Author: mooxe, Posted: Sat Aug 27, 2016 7:22 pm — I get serial number errors sometimes to after the game is installed. It seems to be random though as the game will work the next time i try to launch it.
Your best avenue here is to go to Matrix Games forums and solve this problem with one of their staff.
