Yes, I read about this. Seems so unlikely that as many as 7 wrecks were lifted illegally. That would require a huge operation by a very professional organisation.

Why only Dutch ships? There has to be others. What they did with any remains, ammunition, the ship will be interesting to find out.

I would say that some people in this world are desperate to make a living. A WW2 war grave may mean nothing to them. The again, whoever carried out this operation must of used millions of dollars worth of equipment and a lot of labour.

There must quite a number of people who know what happened.
