#1: Command Circles Author: vobbnobb, Posted: Tue Nov 22, 2016 8:28 pm — I always had this question and it bothers me. Do the commanders circle need to be enclosing the other group to make him better or just simply touching his circle? I always thought it had to encircle those that it affects and touching doesn't do anything.
