CCReq shows the 133rd Tank Brigade as having 51 KV-1s on recruit setting.

In Push to the Volga (1 & 2) the 133rd Tank Brigade has 35 KV-1s on recruit setting.

If I create an operation the 133rd has 51 again. There is no difficulty setting in game or CCReq that gives me the same number of units as either GC.

Why is there a difference?
