I read in another thread somewhere (couldn’t find it again) that you were able to get Arab/Israel mod for PITF to work on GTC. I hope Bel doesn’t mind me asking and if so please disregard. But could you go into some details as to how you were able to do this. Thanks for any help you’re able to provide.

All mods work con GTc por PITF,only must be change datas,sounds,graphics and maps but nevwr change the .exe for each game

You are a genius my friend!! I was able to convert 38 yankee and IDF but on both games about 50% of the time when I press “PLAY” it will crash to desktop and give me an error message. Tried different compatibility settings but still crashes seem very random. One minute it will work with XP (sp2) then crash the next minute.

Well the enjoyment was very short lived. I am not complaining but current state for GTC MODS is not good

Blood mod= works great... not too many changes done so that’s probably the reason

NATO vs Russia (Road to Crimea)= works great. I altered some tank values and runs flawlessly.

A Shau Valley= Freezes at the end of battle and “Loading” remains frozen on screen. Never makes it to results screen.

1946= freezes at random points of the game and gives me a “Close Combat Engine Executable” crash.

Reforger= same as 1946 and also freezes at end like A Shau

Just Cause= same as 1946

IDF= same as 1946

38 Yankee (N. Korea)= String Ref 19604 not found on multiple Korean vehicles

PITF for GTC= works great

I only play created single player campaigns.

I don’t understand why the Road to Crimea mod is the only one that will work. I have tried all of these mods on 3 different computers with the same results. Win 10 desktop, XP desktop and win 10 laptop on every compatibility setting and any other settings.

I have been playing and modding since CC2 and though I don’t consider myself an expert modder I have never had the problems I am having with GTC.

Was this intentional on Matrix part? Did they intentionally make it near impossible to mod? Is anyone else playing or experiencing same issues?

I’m just an average guy with a wife and family and not much time on my hands so in my free time I really get consumed in this game. Unfortunately lately it’s brought more misery than fun
