Unpacking the tanks.azp file or unpacking the plugin?

The plugin should unpack with 7zip or Config51.

The tanks.azp can be unpacked with RTB-tool. Instructions here: http://www.closecombatseries.net/CCS/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=10143

I think CCMunger can be used to unpack the file also?
