Have you tried to run the tool Qclone as administrator?

Also installed the java virtual machine programs found in the DL section of this site.

I had the same behavior, but I have just installed the file Microsoft Java Virtual Machine (ver 3805) under the Misc section in the downlads and I can see the data now from CC5's adb files. I didn't install the other JVM version and my windows 10 is up to date.
