guys i reinstalled lsa and updated it, but error.. need help

so whenever i go in game, start up with adminstrator rights, whatever
I see the menu

but from the moment i click on single player, i get thrown out of the homescreen

Every button works in the homescreen, accept singleplayer.. ???

I get no error, just back in windows and the game is closed

anybody had this issue before?? don't know how to fix it, did a reinstall already & updated it?

Has it to do with windows 10 updates? worked fine before
Did reinstalled rhineland, lsa-gjs, but those are removed now
Something wrong with the registery? don't know..

pff

I need of help because i wanna play lsa-gjs with Tigercub..
first thought it had to do with gjs for lsa, but it was the lsa itself..

Maybe try this ...

Uninstall mods and LSA. Then delete the Matrix folder and any saved games.
Next, empty your recycle bin. Turn off your computer, then restart it after a couple of minutes.

Install LSA and latest LSA Update-v6.00.01
Try a couple of stock game battles, to see all is working correctly.

Install only one mod and play that for awhile.

Found the issue on matrix forum, is a bug, that several had and there is a workaround by replacing the exe with another one, see forum

I believe Update-v6.00.01 resolves this.

Note that Update-v6.00.01 is mentioned in the LSA GJS ver 9.0 release notes and readme file.

that update is from october 2018? right?

I installed that one, still had the issue

or is the 6.00.01 version with the hotfix?

but i meantime i fixed it myself, going to test out soon with tigercub, tonight

i installed the hotfix
but GR can only find LSA under cce.exe

so i removed the original cce.exec -- copy paste to a safe location, than removed

and i renamed the hotfix.exe to cce.exe and everything works fine
GR also finds the game, and i played & tested it out

now only multiplayer to test out

Steiner and I are using v6.00.01 on GameRanger.

v6.00.01 is available from the members section at Matrix.

Probably best if you both get version v6.00.01 before starting a Grand Campaign

I could never find that update version, when googling it, or on matrix or here..

THANKS SO MUCH, works perfectly so very importand you have the 6.00.01 version
