The original working title of Close Combat (1) - Beyond squad leader and it draws lineage also with its graphical representation to the Advanced Squad Leader board game series.
Development was done in cooperation between Avalon Hill and Atomic games.
Suggested retail price was 79.97$ - In 1995! Something to consider before complaining about prices of games today.
