I send them compaint but received this "You need and everyone else need to login in the Slitherine forum once before entering the lobby" (???). A lot of people are trying to connect but receive the Unknown Error. Just look at Lobby Forum. So unfortunately the game is dead. Don't buy the licence unless you want to play against AI. Sad...
