I don't think you would want to be around when one of these baby's went off..

The sinking of the Tirpitz is especially interesting, the amount of direct hits....

I expected the blast to be bigger, even from underwater.

Perhaps only part of the explosive was still active all all the years

Maybe it went "low-order"... Not completely detonating, but a very rapid burn wich seems like the real thing, but is a fraction of the power potensial.
