is there a way for bulk download from the download section?
I mean, in the download section, there are so many downloads which is rather painful for someone to download them all.
I was wondering if there is an option for bulk download of them all at once.

The easiest method would be to go http://www.closecombatseries.net/downloads/ and right click save-as method. Still tedious, but not as tedious as going through the web interface.
You;re just coming back tho! Take it slow...
