what does this mean ? Will the relevant files become available again?

The GTC file in question here is patch version 1.01 which can be downloaded from http://www.closecombatseries.net/downloads/GTC/Patch/. I usually restrict these files instead of delete them just to preserve stats.

I am a bit confused. So this means that there are no actual patches for TLD ?
I am trying to install TLD, bring it to latest version, install Meusse and so i might find time to participate in the GC you are playing... :)
