What settings does everyone use in CC5 ? For a balanced game ? For a hard challenge?
I am playing as the Americans.

The full Grog's Rules:
    Player - Elite
    AI - Recruit
    FM - On
    Timer - 15 minutes
    Player cant requisition different teams until there's a gap in his active oob
    Player cant redeploy troops
    Player can back out to the Command screen and re-start the battle to get a different deployment. There are ~3 per battle which I
      believe is a carryover from the 3 alternate deployments hard-coded for CC1 maps
    Player can issue movement orders only in the deploy phase
    Player can issue Defend/Ambush during battle
    Player cant use the Fire command except for mortars
    Player can use Support missions


Optional:
Edit Experience and Morale to 0 for all Player teams in the *.Teams file. More immersive to watch teams 'level up' in both attributes. Also produces many more instances of heroic, beserk & fanatic behavior, which is always fun to watch.

It's entirely possible to win the grand campaign with either side using the Grog's Rules. But you'll have to work damn hard at it. IMO, easy isnt fun in CC.
