You missed the point. Mannafort takes money from whoever, even if that was a devil himself. And he is not alone. And foreign governments purchase such people in regular way, for years. The last time independent candidate was elected in Congress happens in 2014. The US have no democracy, have duopoly instead. And do you know, what it means? Saudi Arabia have two major oil companies. One finances GOPs, one Dems. So Arabia interests are secured independent from election outcomes. Same do Israel, China (including Taiwan), Ukraine, and yes, Russia too. Is a Canadian Uranium One Clinton's affair completely forgotten? |

My impression is that Russia from the beginning is conducting the war at half throttle instead of going full throttle. |

Also Russian peoples are being indoctrinated with false depiction that United States and their NATO allies have some vendetta against Russia. More lies. NATO is very popular and expanding with even more members due to fear of Russian aggression. Very old fears like how Russia collaborated with the Nazi's to seize the Baltic States and Eastern Poland. NATO only wants defensive posture never to invade sovereign nations or military occupation like what Russia does.
American foreign policy is very consistent since end of WW2 and simple. American Government always wants to promote Democratic regimes with free and fair elections. It's not just Ukraine but worldwide policy. |

We know why Russia is no longer in Kherson.
Do we know why Russia is in Ukraine at all after 10 months? |

My opinion is that currently Russia in Ukraine is like Germany in USSR in 1942-43. |

At home where Russians belong attending to their own interests. Maybe even trying to help their own people instead of make them suffer & make an already bad global inflation crisis even worse. I understand Russian state TV is most unhappy about situation in Ukraine. Nuking them or Chemical weapons attack will make the rest of world dislike Russia substantially more. |
