Seems that avatar process does not work or perhaps I missed something

Test : I have uploaded as avatar a jpg image (Stalin Twisted Evil

) less than 80x80 and nothing appears on my profil

Attached is my avatar

EDIT : Now, it works : I simply uploaded the link of my avatar attached in this thread (if I just upload image from my PC, it does not work)
