#1: "Unable to get format on Stream"? Author: Guest, Posted: Tue Aug 23, 2005 6:01 pm — I haven't played my CC games for a couple years. I just tryed loading CC4, and keep getting that error message. I read somewhere to disable the videos. but can't figure out how to. Any help? Thanks.

You might have to update your media player to get it to work....
#3: Author: sobibor, Posted: Wed Aug 24, 2005 7:40 am — In main menu select OPTIONS and then unselect ENABLE VIDEOS option. I don't remember if in CC4 it's like this (my CC4 is not installed now) but in CC5 it is and i think it's the same.

Unable to get format on stream means windows does not have the required codec to decompress/play the intro videos.
