i'd like to know if there's a way to see the enemy's force pool, like CC5, and if there's a way to edit mine, or at least the possibility to change his composition, as in CC5....

I dont know how to examine the force pools during a G.C. but I belive it can be done,ofcourse that would be cheating in my book.
