The uploads folder is still empty.

After I log in as "uploads" on ftp.closecombatseries.net and paste the files from my computer, while copying it gives me the following error: "an error occured reading the contents of the folder. Make sure the file name is valid and you have the permision to access the location specified.

Detalis:
The operation time out"

I never used a ftp before so may I do something wrong ?
