#1: CC5 Ardennes mod 1.3 - game crashes on certain maps? Author: Loop, Posted: Sun Oct 23, 2005 11:54 am — Installed the Ardennes mod 1.3 + maps ok, but game crashes on certain maps ( I am running XP) when finished with battlegroup selection and after hitting "next" ( to load the map and place your troops). Strange, because in the selection screen you can preview the map ok? Any suggestions for the reason?

I haven't found this mod terribly reliable either and don't tend to use it much.
Chances are the problem is either misplaced or missing vls in the btd files. If you are using the original CC4 maps with this mod you could try some of the new maps available on this sight. Many are better than the originals anyway.
