Question

I downloaded and installed Teamspeak. When I click on the link on the CC Series homepage I can hear everybody talking and I can see their names. However, my name shows up as "guest." And I can't get my mic to work. I've tried everything I can see on the menus. Anybody know what I should do next? Thanks. Question
