first of....fantastic job guys! this is one of the most impressive and polished mods ive seen since GJS and BO

now down to business

so on the strat map screen, when im dragging and dropping artillery and airstrikes and such, i cant seem to allocate the rocket support fire (that would be the support weapon on the right). is there a reason for this? am i missing something really obvious? thanks in advance

by the way in this matter the mod is absolutely historically correct.

... katuysha aka. "stalinorgel" support was pulled out the city(arti support on the east volga river bank) during the german encirlement attempt of 62nd and 64th army in august 1942...

In september however, 12 trucks were positioned exaclty south of Tsuikows HQ

Problem with range:
Since the aiming abilities of Katyusha lacks acurrancy and the ranges were to long (russians hold only 300 m of westbank) the russians had to position their trucks on the river bank(nearly pushed them into the water) aiming in an over 45 degrees angle position towards west.
The trucks with their own turning mechanism (20 degrees), could reach thusly a 70 degrees angle.

This effect made it able to use them like mortar support against an enemy who was less then 1000m away from the actual positiion of the katyushas...

As mentioned in the intro... these unit was responsible for the annihilation of whole german battallion, which prepared itself for a frontal attack on red barrcades (german called the Tennisschläger - cause of its form like a tennis racket)

So even if the modders sticked to the game restriction and exchanged naval attack with katyusha support, they served this mods historical background...
